The apartments are spacious and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials and more, making it easy to whip up a delicious meal. The location of the apartments is simply unbeatable. Nestled in a scenic mountain valley, it felt like we were living in a fairytale. The proximity to the breathtaking Picos de Europa National Park was a dream come true for outdoor enthusiasts like us. One of the highlights of our stay was the free public parking. It made exploring the surrounding area hassle-free and convenient. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful amenities in the apartment. From heating to a TV and even a washing machine, we had everything we needed to enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay. The apartments also offered wired internet in public areas, ensuring that we could stay connected if needed.

Some parts of the bathroom had a few mold spots. The living room couch, which could be turned into a sleeping bed, was not as comfortable as we hoped.

Location is very good.potes is beautiful and casa cayo is excellent for dinner.the apartments were clean and the service when needed was friendly

Bed settee was very uncomfortable and there were no other armchairs. No glasses suitable for drinking wine. No kettle.

A good place to explore the Picos, accomodation good. Excellent location in a friendly town with resturants/shops near by.

Absolute disgrace. There was nobody at reception when we arrived, on ringing bell twice a lady appeared running around corner opened reception and asked our names then asked for our money! She then took us upstairs to a poorly equipped apartment that looked very tired and drab she then told us to leave the key on the table the following morning and close the door and we never saw anyone else again, in fact I don't think there was anyone else staying at the apartment(a wise choice). The apartment block had window boxes on every balcony that were full of dead twigs and the location was awful, as I said before, morning could not come quick enough! Compared to the Hotel Sablon the night before which was the same price they were worlds apart!!!

Clean, comfortable apartment with spacious rooms and comfortable mattresses. Central location near shops, bars, and restaurants. Good views of the mountains. Amenities include a refrigerator with a freezing area, washing machine, and electric iron. Convenient parking options nearby. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly options available.

Felt welcomed, nothing to complain about.

Everything was perfect except the showerhead.

The showerhead was so poor that it would leak water out of the bathroom into the hallway. But it did dry up fast, and it was the only negative thing during our time.

Poorly equipped kitchen. Would have needed to bring most of your own knives, tin openers, cork screws etc if you wanted to cook. No hot water! (Or very little). To get hot water in the kitchen you needed to run the bath at the same time - bizarre!

Good quiet location in town centre and good access to walking areas (need car). Apartment spacious and reasonably clean. Bed comfortable. Kitchen / living area ok, but cooking facilities very limited. Only two- place hob and combination/microwave oven.

Bathroom cramped and poorly designed. Water from shower flooded the floor, because of leaking under the shower screen. No conventional oven. No microwave-suitable dishes provided. Difficult to toast/grill items. Inadequate basic provisions for short stay. No tea/coffee, sugar, salt/pepper and insufficient toilet paper. The manager was not generally available to deal with problems/queries.

Absolutely superb. Potes is a great launch pad to or rest stop from walking in the Picos Mountains. The apartments are well located centrally in Potes - slightly away from the main drag of bars, restaurants & noise. Well equipped, clean & a friendly owner who also runs a local hostal and the Plaza Restaurant (he will give you a 10% discount on meals). Easy to drive to or catch the bus from Santander. Wonderful place & would also recommend El Rebecco at Fuente De.

The apartment is centrally located in Potes and slightly away from the main tourist area. We had a small balcony which was good. It was spotlessly clean and we liked the mezzanine bedroom and large bathroom arrangement.

For a short stay, it would be useful to have overnight essentials, eg washing up liquid available. Dogs barking, rubbish collections and some 'noise at the rear of the building in the very early morning were disturbing however. Like a previous reviewer, the bed settee, although not used for sleeping, was diffcult to even sit on in terms of comfort.

We were in a top floor apartment, so had a balcony, which was a lovely bonus. The kitchen was very well equiped, and unexpectedly had a washing machine. The location is just set back from the centre, behind the church and tourist office, so it was a couple of minutes walk to all the shops/river/pretty streets. It was in a quiet location. We really liked the apartment. Potes is a very nice place to stop, with lots of little shops and streets to wander through. It had a nicer atmospher than Cangas.

Departure is by 10, and arrival after 4, with no-one in the office if you arrive a bit early. With such a prompt departure time, I think you should be able to check in earlier.

The apartment was clean and pleasant. It is in the center of Potes, but still not on the main road ( 2 min by foot). The sound of the Deva flowing just behind is great. We stayed for 3 nights, and would stay more if it would be possible. Great for touring Picos de Europa.

The couch in the living room should be replaced, it is very dirty and totally broken .

Reasonably sized apartment for 2 persons. Apt. has a laundry washing machine which is handy. Not far from the market and shops. Easy parking in front of the apartment.

We have to wait 45 minutes until we can check in (we arrived at 3:45 pm and the office opening hour is 4 pm but the office guy didn't come up until about 4:30, this after somebody called him a few times on the phone). No wifi.
